About Packaging Hub
Packaging Hub is an independent publication dedicated to the EU packaging regulations, starting with the PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), Regulation (EU) 2025/40 adopted in January 2025.
Our mission: help companies understand and anticipate the regulatory obligations that are reshaping the packaging sector through 2030 and beyond. No needless jargon, no institutional spin — factual analysis, practical guides and regular monitoring for the professionals concerned.
We write for packaging manufacturers, brands and retailers, and for the Packaging, R&D, Legal, Procurement and Marketing teams who need reliable information to make sound decisions.
Packaging Hub is a volunteer editorial project, run by a packaging-sector professional who wants to make the new European and French obligations clear and accessible. The site is free.
